Terms of Service

By booking and purchasing coaching services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Nature of the services

I provide coaching services conducted online via video call. Coaching is intended to support personal and professional development and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service.

The client acknowledges that coaching does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition and that all decisions and actions taken by the client remain their sole responsibility.

Payment

All services must be paid in full in advance via bank transfer (SEPA).

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.

All fees are stated in the applicable service description and are subject to change for future bookings. Changes will not affect services already purchased.

By confirming your booking and scheduling a session to take place within 14 days of purchase, you explicitly request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your EU statutory right of withdrawal once the session has been conducted.

Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

You can schedule your desired service via the link that redirects to CalendarMate scheduling app or via email. Rescheduling individual coaching session or typing interview can be done only by providing email notification up to 24 hours before our scheduled meeting time and rescheduled within five (5) days after original date. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance, or missing the session entirely, cannot be rescheduled.

Clients that purchased the High Five Package may reschedule up to two (2) sessions, provided that:

a) at least 24 hours’ notice is given; and

b) the replacement session is scheduled within the same or following calendar week.

The High Five Package is intended to be completed through one session per week over a five-week period. While limited rescheduling may be permitted under this agreement, the client acknowledges that continuity is an important component of this coaching process.

If the client arrives 15 minutes late at most, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended. If I am unable to conduct a scheduled session, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.

Technical Requirements

The client is responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and functioning audio and video equipment.

If technical difficulties on the client’s side prevent a meaningful session from taking place and cannot be resolved within fifteen (15) minutes, the session may be treated as a late cancellation and the fee will be forfeited without a refund.

If technical difficulties occur on my side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.

Conduct

Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and professionally.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

In such circumstances, any unused sessions may be forfeited without refund. Coaching services are limited to scheduled sessions unless otherwise agreed. Responses to emails and other forms of communication outside scheduled sessions are provided at my discretion.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by applicable law.

Neither party may record coaching sessions without the prior written consent of the other party.

Client Responsibility

The client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process and that results cannot be guaranteed.

The client remains solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from or related to the coaching relationship.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the coaching services.

Age Requirement

Services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By purchasing services, the client confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided by the client will be used solely for providing coaching services, managing bookings, processing payments, and communicating with the client.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and Croatian data protection regulations.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. Termination shall not affect any fees already occurred, completed sessions, or rights that have been agreed upon before termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
